| To promote the reform of the registration system for registered capital in accordance with the law, and further stimulate the creativity of the market,in accordance with the requirements of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Amending Seven Laws Including the Marine Environment Protection Law of the People's Republic of China(Order No. 8 of the President of the People's Republic of China), the Decision of the State Council on Repealing and Amending Some Administrative Regulations (Order No. 648, State Council) and the Notice of the State Council on Issuing the Plan for Reforming the Registration System for Registered Capital(No. 7 [2014], State Council), the General Administration of Customs hereby decides to amend six rules including the Provisions of the Customs of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Bonded Warehouses and the Goods Stored Therein as follows: | | 为依法推进注册资本登记制度改革，进一步激发市场的创造活力，根据《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改<中华人民共和国海洋环境保护法>等七部法律的决定》（主席令第8号）、《国务院关于废止和修改部分行政法规的决定》（国务院令第648号）以及《国务院关于印发注册资本登记制度改革方案的通知》（国发〔2014〕7 号）要求，海关总署决定对《中华人民共和国海关对保税仓库及所存货物的管理规定》等6部规章进行修改，具体内容如下： |
