In accordance with the Decision of the State Council on Cancelling the Second Group of 152 Administrative Approval Items Designated by the Central Government for Implementation by Local Governments (No. 9 [2016], State Council), the Decision of the State Council on Cancelling 13 Administrative Licensing Items of the Departments of the State Council (No. 10 [2016], State Council) and the Decision of the National Development and Reform Commission on Repealing Rules and Regulatory Documents Involving Price-Related Administrative Licensing Items (Order No. 37, NDRC), according to the relevant work deployments of the National Development and Reform Commission, the Price Certification Center decides to repeal the documents issued by it which involve the aforesaid canceled administrative licensing items. The List of Repealed Documents (see Annex) is hereby announced, and the relevant documents shall be repealed on the date of issuance of this Notice.
