| I. Objects of joint punishment | | 一、联合惩戒对象 |
An object of joint punishment is an entity liable or a relevant person liable who has committed any serious dishonest act in the foreign economic cooperation field as listed by the foreign economic cooperation authority or the local government. Where an entity in foreign economic cooperation, such as building the "Belt and Road," international capacity cooperation, and participation in facility link, trade facilitation, and financing, or the relevant person liable, violates any relevant law or regulation of China or the cooperative country, international convention, or resolution of the United Nations, or disrupts the order of foreign economic cooperation, and brings a seriously adverse impact on the implementation of the building of the "Belt and Road," damages the reputation and interests of China, or otherwise falls under circumstances that are particularly serious and brings an extremely adverse impact, the relevant competent department shall enter the dishonest entity, the person liable, and the act into the credit records for enforcement of joint punishment.
