| Decision of the People's Bank of China to Amend the Measures for the Administration of Education Savings and Other Rules | | 中国人民银行关于修改《教育储蓄管理办法》等规章的决定 |
| For the purposes of implementing the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on reducing unnecessary certifications for the convenience of the people and optimizing services, further advancing the reform of “simplification of administrative procedures, decentralization of powers, combination of decentralization with appropriate control, and optimization of services,” and optimizing the business environment, the People's Bank of China has reviewed the departmental rules currently in force upon consultation with the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. Upon review, the People's Bank of China hereby decides to amend three departmental rules as follows: | | 为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于减证便民、优化服务的决策部署，进一步推进“放管服”改革，优化营商环境，中国人民银行经商中国银行保险监督管理委员会对现行有效的部门规章进行了清理。经过清理，现决定对3件部门规章修改如下： |
I. Article 14 of the Measures for the Administration of Education Savings (No. 102 [2000], PBC) is deleted.
