| Announcement on Issuing the Electronic Message Format for the Manifests of Water and Air-Borne Cargoes that Enter or Exit China V1.2 | | 关于发布进出境舱单水运、空运货物舱单电子报文格式V1.2的公告 |
| For the purposes of further improving the standards for the electronic message format for the manifests of water and air-borne cargoes that enter or exit China, according to Announcement No. 56 [2017] of the General Administration of Customs, the General Administration of Customs has developed the Electronic Message Format for the Manifests of Water and Air-Borne Cargoes that Enter or Exit China V1.2, the major updates of which include the message format of the “original manifests” and “advance manifests” for water and air-borne cargoes that enter or exit China, specifically the Messages of the China Customs for the Manifests of Water and Air-Borne Cargoes that Enter or Exit China XML Schema, the Instructions for Developing the Message Format of the China Customs for the Manifests of Water and Air-Borne Cargoes that Enter or Exit China V1.2 and the Instructions for Updating the Message Format of the China Customs for the Manifests of Water and Air-Borne Cargoes that Enter or Exit China. The aforesaid materials may be downloaded from the bulletin board of the portal website of the General Administration of Customs. | | 为进一步完善进出境水运和空运货物舱单电子报文格式标准，根据海关总署2017年第56号公告，我署制定了进出境舱单水运、空运货物舱单电子报文格式V1.2版，主要变更了进出境水运、空运“原始舱单”、“预配舱单”报文格式，具体包括：《中国海关进出境水运、空运货物舱单报文XML Schema》《中国海关进出境舱单水运、空运货物舱单报文格式V1.2制定说明》《中国海关进出境舱单水运、空运货物舱单报文格式变更说明》（详见附件1-3）。以上资料可在海关总署门户网站公告栏下载。 |
| This Announcement shall come into force on June 1, 2018, upon which Announcement No. 77 [2010] of the General Administration of Customs shall be concurrently repealed. | | 本公告自2018年6月1日起执行。海关总署公告2010年第77号同时废止。 |
