| To regulate the titles of cases on the declaration of concentration of business operators, in accordance with the Anti-monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Measures for the Declaration of Concentration of Business Operators and the Measures for the Examination of Concentration of Business Operators issued by the Ministry of Commerce, and other relevant provisions, the Anti-monopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce has developed these Guiding Opinions, which shall apply, by reference, to the anti-monopoly declaration of concentration of business operators made by business operators. | | 为规范经营者集中案件申报名称，商务部反垄断局依据《中华人民共和国反垄断法》以及商务部《经营者集中申报办法》、《经营者集中审查办法》等规定，制定本指导意见，供经营者在进行经营者集中反垄断申报时参考。 |
| Article 1 Business operators shall use unified titles of cases on the concentration of business operators (hereinafter referred to as the “concentration”) in declaration materials. | | 第一条 经营者在申报材料中应当使用统一的经营者集中（以下简称集中）案件名称。 |
| The title of a case on the concentration shall reflect the basic information on the concentration, and the wordings shall conform to legal provisions, and shall be standardized, concise and coherent. | | 集中案件名称应当反映集中的基本情况，用语符合法律规定且规范、简洁、通顺。 |
Article 2 Where the concentration is that a business operator A (hereinafter referred to as “A,” the same for other letters below) consolidates with B, the case shall be titled “a case on consolidation between A and B,” without including the name of the new business operator formed after the consolidation.
