| For the purposes of implementing the strategy for building national credit, improving the credit file and report system for privately-offered fund manager members, innovating the mode of building the credit management system for the PE and VC fund industry, and guiding and supporting privately-offered fund manager members in continuously strengthening the self-accumulation, management and application of credit information, the Asset Management Association of China (“AMAC”) will, as from February 7, 2020 and on a quarterly basis, provide through the Asset Management Business Electronic Registration System of the AMAC (https://ambers.amac.org.cn; hereinafter referred to as the “AMBERS System”) PE fund and VC fund manager members with the relevant services of independent access to their credit information reports for the third quarter of 2019 and beyond. | | 为落实国家信用建设战略，健全私募基金管理人会员信用档案和信用报告制度，创新私募股权、创业投资基金行业信用管理体系建设模式，引导和支持私募基金管理人会员持续加强信用信息自我积累、管理和运用，中国证券投资基金业协会（以下简称“协会”）自2020年2月7日起，通过协会资产管理业务综合报送平台（https：//ambers.amac.org.cn，以下简称“AMBERS系统”）按季度为私募股权、创业投资基金管理人会员提供自行查阅其2019年第三季度及之后的信用信息报告相关服务。 |
According to the relevant provisions of Securities Investment Fund Law, the Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Privately-offered Funds, the Measures for the Registration of Management Institutions of Privately Offered Investment Funds and the Recordation of Funds (for Trial Implementation), the Measures for the Administration of Members of the Asset Management Association of China and other laws and regulations and self-regulatory rules, the AMAC issued the Working Rules for Reporting of Credit Information on PE and VC Fund Manager Members (for Trial Implementation) on November 11, 2019 on the basis of the smooth operation of the reporting of credit information on private securities fund manager members. The credit information report on PE and VC fund manager members have followed and refined the indicators for “compliance, stability, professionalism and transparency” as set out in the credit information report on private securities fund manager members, and have shown the credit information on PE and VC fund manager members from the aforementioned four aspects; on the other hand, the report has also added the separate “investment style” and its index system as a supplement, in the hope of better reflecting the diversification and diversity of PE funds, VC funds, PE and VC FOFs
．．．．．． | | 根据《证券投资基金法》《私募投资基金监督管理暂行办法》《私募投资基金管理人登记和基金备案办法（试行）》以及《中国证券投资基金业协会会员管理办法》等法律法规和自律规则有关规定，协会在私募证券投资基金管理人会员信用信息报告工作平稳运营的基础上，于2019年11月11日发布《私募股权、创业投资基金管理人会员信用信息报告工作规则（试行）》。私募股权、创业投资基金管理人会员信用信息报告一方面沿袭和细化私募证券投资基金管理人会员信用信息报告“一性三度”相关指标，从合规经营、稳定存续、专业运作、信息披露等四个主要方面展示私募股权、创业投资基金管理人会员信用信息情况，同时增加单独的“投资风格”及其指标体系作为补充，以更好地体现私募股权投资基金、创业投资基金及私募股权、创投类FOF领域的多元化、多样性特点。
