In accordance with the provisions in Article 70 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, the First Session of the Ninth National People's Congress decides to establish under the Ninth National People's Congress the Nationalities Affairs Committee, Law Committee, Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee, Financial and Economic Committee, Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, Overseas Chinese Committee, Environmental and Resources Protection Committee, and Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee. | |
