| For the purposes of regulating the after-hours fixed-price trading of stocks on the Science andTechnology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), maintaining the order of securities market and protecting the lawful rights and interests of investors, in accordance with the Trading Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the Special Provisions on the Trading of Stocks on the Science andTechnology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and other business rules, the SSE has developed the Guidelines for the After-Hours Fixed-Price Trading of Stocks on the Science andTechnology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (see the Annex), which are hereby issued and shall come into force on the date of issuance. | | 为了规范上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）科创板股票盘后固定价格交易行为，维护证券市场秩序，保护投资者合法权益，根据《上海证券交易所交易规则》《上海证券交易所科创板股票交易特别规定》等业务规则，本所制定了《上海证券交易所科创板股票盘后固定价格交易指引》（详见附件），现予以发布，并自发布之日起施行。 |

| Article 1 These Guidelines are developed in accordance with the Trading Rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Trading Rules”), the Special Provisions on the Trading of Stocks on the Science andTechnology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the “Special Provisions on Trading”) and other business rules to regulate the after-hours fixed-price trading of stocks on the Science andTechnology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE), maintain the order of securities market and protect the lawful rights and interests of investors. | | 第一条 为了规范上海证券交易所（以下简称本所）科创板股票盘后固定价格交易行为，维护证券市场秩序，保护投资者合法权益，根据《上海证券交易所交易规则》（以下简称《交易规则》）《上海证券交易所科创板股票交易特别规定》（以下简称《交易特别规定》）等业务规则，制定本指引。 |
Article 2 These Guidelines shall apply to the after-hours fixed-price trading of stocks and depositary receipts listed on the Science andTechnology Innovation Board of the SSE. Any matter not specified in these Guidelines shall be governed by the Trading Rules, the Special Provisions on Trading and other relevant rules of the SSE.
