各省、自治区、直辖市住房城乡建设厅(建委、房地局)、工商行政管理局:
为进一步规范商品房交易行为,保障交易当事人的合法权益,切实维护公平公正的商品房交易秩序,贯彻《合同法》、《物权法》等法律法规和部门规章,住房城乡建设部、工商总局对《商品房买卖合同示范文本》(GF-2000-0171)进行了修订,制定了《商品房买卖合同(预售)示范文本》(GF-2014-0171)、《商品房买卖合同(现售)示范文本》(GF-2014-0172)。现印发给你们,请各地充分认识推行本合同示范文本的意义,积极提倡和引导商品房交易当事人使用本合同示范文本,做好示范文本使用事项和市场交易风险提示等宣贯工作。各地在执行过程中发现的问题和有关建议,及时与住房城乡建设部和工商总局联系。
