司法部关于印发《司法行政强制隔离戒毒所强制隔离戒毒人员行为规范》的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市司法厅（局），新疆生产建设兵团司法局：
《司法行政强制隔离戒毒所强制隔离戒毒人员行为规范》已经2014年11月20日司法部部长办公会议通过，现印发你们，请认真贯彻执行。
司法行政强制隔离戒毒所强制隔离戒毒人员行为规范

第一章　总 则

　　第一条　为了规范司法行政强制隔离戒毒所强制隔离戒毒人员（以下简称戒毒人员）行为，教育引导戒毒人员养成良好行为习惯，促进戒毒人员顺利回归社会，根据《中华人民共和国禁毒法》、《戒毒条例》、《司法行政机关强制隔离戒毒工作规定》等法律、法规和规章，制定本规范。
　　第二条　戒毒人员行为规范是戒毒人员在所期间生活、学习、医疗康复、生产劳动时应当遵守的行为标准，是对戒毒人员进行诊断评估的重要依据。
　　第三条　戒毒人员应当遵守法律法规和本规范，服从强制隔离戒毒所工作人员的管理教育。
　　第四条　戒毒人员不得交流吸毒信息，不得传授犯罪方法，发现其他戒毒人员有违反规定和违法犯罪行为的，应当立即报告和制止。
　　第五条　戒毒人员应当正确行使权利，依法维护个人合法权益。

第二章　生 活 规 范

　　第六条　保持个人卫生，定期换洗衣物、被褥。按规定统一着装，衣着整齐。
　　第七条　按时打扫宿舍卫生，洗漱用品及其他生活用品摆放整齐，保持环境整洁。
