| In accordance with China's relevant laws and regulations and the Protocol of Phytosanitary Requirements for the Export of Fresh Melons from Kyrgyzstan to China between the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China and theMinistryforAgriculture,FoodSecurity and Land Reclamation of theKyrgyz Republic, fresh melons that meet the Phytosanitary Requirements for the Import of Fresh Melons from Kyrgyzstan are allowed to be exported to China. | | 根据我国相关法律法规和《中华人民共和国海关总署与吉尔吉斯共和国农业、食品工业和土壤改良部关于吉尔吉斯斯坦鲜食甜瓜输华植物检疫要求的议定书》，允许符合《进口吉尔吉斯斯坦鲜食甜瓜植物检疫要求》的甜瓜进口。 |

| Fresh melons, biologically known as cucumis melo L (hereinafter referred to as “melon”). | | 鲜食甜瓜，学名Cucumis melo L.，英文名Melon（以下简称甜瓜）。 |
| III. Place of production allowed | | 三、允许的产地 |
| The melons exported to China shall come from the caromya pardalina-freeareas. | | 出口中国的甜瓜须来自甜瓜迷实蝇（Caromya pardalina）的非疫产区。 |
| IV. Approved orchards and packaging plants | | 四、批准的果园和包装厂 |
| Orchards and packaging plants that export melons to China shall be registered with theMinistryforAgriculture,FoodSecurity and Land Reclamation of theKyrgyz Republic (hereinafter referred to as the “MAFIM”) and approved both by China and Kyrgyzstan. Before the export season of each year, Kyrgyzstan shall provide China with a list of registered orchards and packaging plants, which can be available on the website of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “GACC”). | | 出口中国甜瓜的果园、包装厂须在吉尔吉斯共和国农业、食品工业和土壤改良部（以下简称“MAFIM”）注册，并由中吉双方共同批准。每年出口季节前，吉方应向中方提供注册果园、包装厂名单。该名单可在中华人民共和国海关总署（以下简称GACC）网站查询。 |
| V. List of quarantine pests concerned | | 五、关注的检疫性有害生物名单 |
| 1. Caromya pardalina; | | （一）甜瓜迷实蝇（Caromya pardalina）； |
| 2. Acidovora xavenae subsp. citrulli; | | （二）瓜类细菌性果斑病菌（Acidovora xavenae subsp. Citrulli）； |
| 3. Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (CGMMV); | | （三）黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒（Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus， CGMMV）； |
| 4. Arabis mosaic virus; | | （四）南芥菜花叶病毒（Arabis mosaic virus）； |
| 5. Tobacco ringspot virus; | | （五）烟草环斑病毒（Tobacco ringspot virus）； |
| 6. Cladosporium cucumerinum. | | （六）瓜枝孢（黄瓜黑星病菌）（Cladosporium cucumerinum）。 |
| VI. Pre-export requirements | | 六、出口前要求 |
| 1. Orchard management | | （一）果园管理。 |
| (1) All registered orchards for exports shall establish and implement good agricultural practices (GAP) to ensure traceability of the production process. Planters shall maintain orchard sanitation and carry out integrated pest management (IPM), including pest and disease monitoring, chemical or biological control, farming operations, and other control measures. | | 1. 所有出口注册果园应建立并实施良好农业操作规范（GAP），以确保生产过程的可追溯性。种植者要维持果园卫生条件，并执行有害生物综合防治（IPM），包括病虫害监测、化学或生物防治以及农事操作等控制措施。 |
| (2) The pest monitoring and control for melon orchards shall be carried out under the guidance of the MAFIM or the technicians authorized by the MAFIM. Planters shall maintain monitoring and control records provided to the GACC upon request. The records shall include the detailed information of all chemicals used during the production season, including name, active ingredients, date of use, and working concentration. | | 2. 甜瓜果园须在MAFIM或MAFIM授权的技术人员指导下进行有害生物监测和防治。种植者须保留监测和防治记录，应要求向GACC提供。防治记录应包括生产季节使用的所有化学药剂的名称、有效成分、使用日期、使用浓度等详细信息。 |
(3) As for carpomya pardalina, melons exported to China must come from the pest-free areas. The MAFIM shall monitor the registered orchards (for monitoring guidelines, see Annex) during the planting of melons to be exported to China. The MAFIM or its subordinate regional administrations shall maintain monitoring records and provide them to the GACC annually. Before the trade starts, the MAFIM must provide the GACC with 1-year monitoring records. If the pest is found during the monitoring, the MAFIM shall suspend the qualification of the relevant orchards for exporting to China for this season, and notify the relevant information to the GACC.
