| For the purposes of implementing the policy of “one country, two systems”, serving the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, strengthening exchanges and cooperation in legal services between the mainland and Macao, and promoting the economic and social development of the two regions, upon deliberation, the business scope of China Legal Services (Macao) Ltd. is hereby specified as follows: | | 为贯彻“一国两制”方针，服务粤港澳大湾区建设，加强内地与澳门法律服务交流合作，促进两地经济社会发展，经研究，明确中国法律服务（澳门）公司的业务范围如下： |

| China Legal Services (Macao) may provide mainland law consultation and other legal services to residents, legal persons, and other organizations as well as other parties in Macao. | | 为澳门居民、法人和其他组织及其他当事人提供涉及内地法律的咨询和其他法律服务。 |
| II. Notary services | | 二、公证业务 |
1. Upon request of a party, China Legal Services (Macao) may, as prescribed in Articles 11 and 12 of the Notary Law, directly issue a notarial document to be used in the mainland.
