| For the purposes of implementing the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the prevention and control of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic (hereinafter referred to as the “epidemic”), effectively improving services and further facilitating enterprises' application for import and export licenses during the period of epidemic prevention and control, you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于做好新型冠状病毒感染肺炎疫情（以下简称疫情）防控工作的决策部署，切实优化服务，进一步便利企业在疫情防控期间申领进出口许可证件，现就有关事项通知如下： |

All entities concerned shall faithfully implement Announcement No. 82 [2018] of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs (Announcement on Relevant Matters Concerning Paperless Operations in the Application for Import Licenses and Customs Clearance) and Announcement No. 64 [2019] of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs (Announcement on Matters Concerning Paperless Application for Export Licenses and Paperless Customs Clearance of Applicable Goods), strengthen publicity and guidance, and actively direct and encourage enterprises to make paperless applications for import and export licenses.
