| Announcement on Cancelling the Receipt and Payment Certification Pages and Customs Write-off Pages of Customs Declaration Forms | | 关于取消报关单收、付汇证明联和海关核销联的公告 |
For purposes of deepening the reform of paperless customs clearance, improving the foreign exchange service and administration of trade in goods, further reducing the circulation of paper documents and optimizing the business environment, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange have decided to comprehensively cancel the receipt and payment certification pages and customs write-off pages of customs declaration forms. Where an enterprise handling foreign exchange receipts and payments on trade in goods or the write-off procedures for processing trade must submit a paper customs declaration form as required, it may print the customs declaration form in ordinary A4 paper by themselves through China E-port, with the official seal affixed thereto.
