For the purposes of profoundly implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in a New Era and the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the 2nd and 3rd Plenary Sessions of 19th CPC Central Committee, upholding and strengthening the CPC's overall leadership of work relating to lawyers, strengthening the building of CPC organizations within law firms, and maximizing the role of CPC organizations within law firms as fortresses and the role of lawyers who are CPC members as pioneers and examples, in accordance with the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee for the CPC building among legal practitioners, as decided, the Measures for the Administration of Law Firms (Order No. 133, Ministry of Justice) shall be amended as follows:
