| For the purposes of further expanding the effects of import tax policies, and adapting to the requirements of the rule of market economy, the Notice by the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Taxation Administration of the Exemption of Import Taxes on Imported Materials for the Exploitation of Oil (Natural Gas) in China's Sea Areas during the “13th Five-Year Plan” Period (No. 69 [2016], MOF, hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) is hereby revised as follows: | | 为进一步发挥进口税收政策效用，适应市场经济规律要求，对《财政部 海关总署 国家税务总局关于“十三五”期间在我国海洋开采石油（天然气）进口物资免征进口税收的通知》（财关税〔2016〕69号，以下简称《通知》）修订如下： |
