| It is hereby decided by the State Intellectual Property Office to amend the Guidelines for Patent Examination as follows: | | 国家知识产权局决定对《专利审查指南》作如下修改： |
| I. Amendment to Section 4.2, Chapter III of Part I | | 一、第一部分第三章第4.2节的修改 |
| One paragraph is added after paragraph 3, Section 4.2, Chapter III, Part I of the Guidelines for Patent Examination: | | 在《专利审查指南》第一部分第三章第4.2节第三段之后新增一段，内容如下： |
“With respect to a product design including a graphical user interface, the overall product design view shall be submitted. If the graphical user interface is a dynamic pattern, the applicant shall submit the above-mentioned overall product design view of at least one state, and may only submit the view of key frames for the rest states. The views submitted shall be able to uniquely determine the changing trend of the animation in the dynamic pattern.”
．．．．．． | | 就包括图形用户界面的产品外观设计而言，应当提交整体产品外观设计视图。图形用户界面为动态图案的，申请人应当至少提交一个状态的上述整体产品外观设计视图，对其余状态可仅提交关键帧的视图，所提交的视图应当能唯一确定动态图案中动画的变化趋势。
