It is decided upon deliberation that the people's courts shall, as of distribution of this Notice, accept the cases of disputes over civil compensation for tort arising from false statement in the securities market (hereinafter referred to as cases of civil compensation arising from false statement) once such cases meet the conditions for case acceptance as prescribed in the “Civil Litigation Law of the People's Republic of China”. We hereby give our notice as follows regarding relevant issues: | |
经研究决定，人民法院对证券市场因虚假陈述引发的民事侵权赔偿纠纷案件（以下简称虚假陈述民事赔偿案件），凡符合《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》规定受理条件的，自本通知下发之日起予以受理。现将有关问题通知如下： |

I.A case of civil compensation arising from false statement shall refer to a case of claiming civil compensation for tort arising from the event that the securities information disclosure obligor on a securities market violates the information disclosure obligations as prescribed in the “Securities Law of the People's Republic of China” to make a statement or record in the submitted or published information disclosure documents by going against true facts, and has infringed upon the investors' lawful rights and interests.
