| To meet market demands and further improving the mechanism for foreign exchange transactions, the China Foreign Exchange Trade System (“CFETS”) will launch the business of spot matching for foreign currency pairs on its new trading platform CFETS FX 2017 on March 30, 2020. The specific arrangements are as follows: | | 为满足市场需求，进一步完善外币对交易机制，中国外汇交易中心（以下简称交易中心）将于2020年3月30日在外汇交易系统CFETS FX2017推出外币对即期撮合业务。具体安排如下： |
| I. Market participants | | 一、参与主体 |
| Interbank foreign currency pair market makers and foreign currency pair spot members may participate in the spot matching business. | | 银行间外币对做市商及外币对即期会员均可参与。 |
| II. Trading mechanisms | | 二、交易机制 |
| 1. Both parties to a transaction shall, on the basis of bilateral credit granting, automatically match and execute orders according to the principle of price/time priority. A participating institution may conclude the transaction by clicking “execution” or submitting the order. | | （一）交易双方在双边授信的基础上，订单按照“价格优先、时间优先”的原则进行自动匹配成交。参与机构可通过点击成交或提交订单的方式达成交易。 |
| 2. The spot matching for foreign currency pairs supports four order types, namely Limit Orders, Market Orders, Iceberg Orders, and Stop Orders. | | （二）外币对即期撮合交易支持限价订单、市价订单、冰山订单和止损订单四种订单类型。 |

1. Trading varieties. The business supports the spot matching of 11 currency pairs, including EUR/USD, AUD/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, USD/HKD, USD/CAD, USD/JPY, EUR/JPY, USD/SGD, NZD/USD, and EUR/GBP, of which USD/CAD is normally settled on T+ 1, others on T+ 2.
