人民法院在审理有关房屋登记行政案件中，发现涉嫌刑事犯罪问题的，不应将该案全案移送公安机关处理，而应区别不同情况分别处理： |

I. Where the purchase of a property by a third person is not an acquisition in good faith, by reference to Article 58 of the General Principles of the Civil Law and Article 52 and Article 59 of the Contract Law, the purchase of the property is void, and the people's court shall enter a judgment to revoke the alleged issuance of a certificate of title to the property.
