| Owing to the active promotion by the relevant provincial entities and the municipal governments of Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai, China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “FTZ") has promoted pilot programs and actively made exploration in the fields including investment facilitation, trade facilitation, transformation of governmental functions, and construction of the rule of law, and has summarized and formed the sixth batch of reform and innovation experience, 11 items in total, that can be replicated and promoted. You are hereby notified of the matters concerning effective replication and promotion as follows: | | 在省有关单位和广州、深圳、珠海市政府积极推动下，中国（广东）自由贸易试验区（以下简称广东自贸试验区）在投资便利化、贸易便利化、政府职能转变、法治建设等领域先行先试，积极探索，总结形成了可复制推广的第六批共11项改革创新经验。现就做好复制推广工作有关事项通知如下： |
