| WE, the Heads of State/Government of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the People's Republic of China, gathered on 18 November 2011 in Bali, Indonesia, on the occasion of the 14th ASEAN-China Summit, to commemorate the Twentieth Anniversary of the ASEAN-China Dialogue Relations; | | 我们，中华人民共和国和东南亚国家联盟成员国的国家元首/政府首脑，在第14次中国-东盟领导人会议并纪念中国-东盟对话关系20周年之际，于2011年11月18日相聚印尼巴厘岛； |

We are determined to remain good neighbours, good friends and good partners, and advance the ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership to a new height by promoting cooperation in areas of political and security, economic, socio-cultural and regional and international affairs | | 一、我们决心永做好邻居、好朋友、好伙伴，推动双方在政治安全、经济、社会文化及国际和地区事务中的合作，将中国-东盟战略伙伴关系推向新的高度。 |
| 2. We will exert efforts and cooperate to effectively implement the 2011- 2015 Plan of Action to Implement Joint Declaration on the ASEAN-China Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity. | | 二、我们将努力合作，有效落实《落实中国-东盟面向和平与繁荣的战略伙伴关系联合宣言的行动计划（2011-2015）》。 |
| 3. | 6. We reaffirm our mutual respect for each other's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity in accordance with international law, and the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other states. | 7. We will work closely together in the areas of disarmament and non- proliferation through regional and international mechanisms and frameworks. In this regard, China reaffirms its strong support for ASEAN's efforts towards realising a Southeast Asia Nuclear Weapon-Free Zone, and its readiness to sign the Protocol to the Treaty on the Southeast Asia Nuclear-Weapon Free Zone. | | 七、我们将通过地区和国际机制与框架在裁军和不扩散领域密切合作。在这方面，中国重申坚定支持东盟为实现东南亚无核武器区所做的努力，愿早日签署《东南亚无核武器区条约》议定书。 |
