| For the purposes of preventing the business risks associated with stock pledge “repo” transactions (“stock pledge ‘repos'”) and sell-buy back transactions (“sell-buy backs”) and maintaining the sound operation of the market, you are hereby notified by this Exchange of the following matters concerning stock pledge “repos” and sell-buy backs involving stocks on ChiNext: | | 为防范股票质押式回购交易（以下简称股票质押回购）、约定购回式证券交易（以下简称约定购回交易）业务风险，保障市场稳健运行，现就创业板股票涉及股票质押回购及约定购回交易相关事项通知如下： |
I. Stocks offered and listed in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Initial Public Offerings of Stocks on ChiNext (for Trial Implementation) are temporarily excluded from the subject matters of stock pledge “repos” and sell-buy backs. Other stocks on ChiNext may continue to be the subject matters of stock pledge “repos” and sell-buy backs.
