| Article 1 This Directory is developed under the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Wastes. | | 第一条 根据《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》的有关规定，制定本名录。 |
