| The Criteria for the Certification of Enterprises by the Customs (including specific criteria for cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises and entry and exit express delivery carriers), which are implemented along with the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Enterprise Credit (Order No. 237, GACC), are hereby issued, and the relevant implementation matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 现将《中华人民共和国海关企业信用管理办法》（海关总署令第237号）配套执行的《海关认证企业标准》（跨境电子商务平台企业、进出境快件运营人单项标准）予以发布，同时就有关实施事项公告如下： |
I. Where a cross-border e-commerce platform enterprise applies for the status of a customs-certified enterprise, it shall meet both the general criteria and the specific criteria for consignees and consignors of imported and exported goods and cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises in the Criteria for the Certification of Enterprises by the Customs.
