| For the purposes of meeting the need of administration by law and wealth management by law, in accordance with the Working Rules of the Ministry of Finance on the Review of Rules and Regulatory Documents, the Ministry of Finance has conducted a comprehensive review of financial rules and regulatory documents issued by the end of December, 2017. Upon review, there are 796 sets of financial rules and regulatory documents that have been determined to be repealed and invalidated, of which there are 24 sets of repealed financial rules, three sets of invalidated financial rules, 521 sets of repealed regulatory documents, and 248 sets of invalidated regulatory documents. The list of repealed an invalidated financial rules and regulatory documents is hereby issued. | | 为了适应依法行政、依法理财的需要，根据《财政部规章和规范性文件清理工作规则》，我部对截至2017年12月底发布的现行财政规章和规范性文件进行了全面清理。经过清理，确定废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件共796件，其中，废止的财政规章24件，失效的财政规章3件，废止的财政规范性文件521件，失效的财政规范性文件248件。现将废止和失效的财政规章和规范性文件的目录予以公布。 |
