| For the purposes of steadily promoting the pilot registration-based IPO system on the ChiNext and ensuring orderly and steady connection and transition of the examination of the issue before and after the implementation of the registration-based IPO, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice by the China Securities Regulatory Commission of Transitional Arrangements for Relevant Administrative Licensing Items before and after the Kick-off of ChiNext Reform and Pilot Registration-based IPO System (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”), you are hereby notified of the relevant arrangements as follows: | | 为稳步推进创业板试点注册制工作，确保注册制实施前后发行上市审核工作有序衔接、平稳过渡，根据中国证监会《关于创业板改革并试点注册制实施前后相关行政许可事项过渡期安排的通知》（以下简称《通知》）等要求，现将有关工作安排通知如下： |
| I. During the ten working days from June 15 to June 29, 2020, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) will accept the relevant applications submitted by the enterprises having conducted IPOs, refinancing, M&A and restructuring on the ChiNext that are being examined by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “enterprises under examination”). As of June 30, 2020, the SZSE will begin to accept the relevant applications submitted by new enterprises filling IPOs. | | 一、2020年6月15日至2020年6月29日（共10个工作日），本所接收中国证监会创业板首次公开发行股票、再融资、并购重组在审企业（以下简称在审企业）提交的相关申请。2020年6月30日起，本所开始接收新申报企业提交的相关申请。 |
| The issuer, the listed company, the sponsor and the independent financial consultant shall, according to the relevant provisions of the CSRC and the SZSE, submit the electronic application documents through the SZSE's issuance and listing examination business system, and the application documents shall be consistent with their hard-copy originals. When submitting the application documents, an enterprise under examination shall also submit the previous reply to the feedback and other documents. The enterprise under examination and its sponsor are not required to submit the relevant application documents that meet the positioning of the ChiNext. | | 发行人、上市公司、保荐人及独立财务顾问应当按照中国证监会及本所相关规定，通过本所发行上市审核业务系统提交电子版申请文件，申请文件应当与书面原件保持一致。在审企业报送申请文件时，应当将前期反馈意见回复等文件一并报送。在审企业及其保荐人无需提交关于符合创业板定位要求的相关申请文件。 |
| II. The order of acceptance by the SZSE for an enterprise under examination filing an IPO within the time limit as set out in Article 1 of this Notice shall not be regarded as the order of its examination, and instead the SZSE will continue the examination according to the phase of examination and order of acceptance of the enterprise by the CSRC. If an enterprise under examination fails to file an IPO within the time limit as set out in Article 1 of this Notice, it shall be regarded as a new enterprise filling an IPO | | 二、在本通知第一条所述期限内申报的在审企业，本所对其的受理顺序，不作为本所对其的审核顺序，本所按该企业在中国证监会的审核阶段和受理顺序接续审核。如在审企业未在本通知第一条所述期限内申报的，视为新申报企业。 |
