| Announcement on the Upgrade of the Online Customs Administrative Approval Platform | | 关于海关行政审批网上平台升级的公告 |
| For purposes of deepening the reform of the customs administrative approval system, and promoting in a comprehensive manner the online handling of administrative approval items, the General Administration of Customs has decided to upgrade the online platform for handling customs administrative approval (http://pre.chinaport.gov.cn/car) by incorporating some of the administrative approval items involving inspection and quarantine into the platform for the handling thereof. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为深化海关行政审批制度改革，全面推进行政审批事项网上办理工作，海关总署决定对海关行政审批网上办理平台（http：//pre.chinaport.gov.cn/car）进行升级，将部分检验检疫行政审批事项纳入平台进行办理。现就相关事宜公告如下： |
| I. Adding four administrative approval items involving inspection and quarantine | | 一、增加4项检验检疫审批项目 |
The three items of “determination of entities and personnel engaging in entry-exit quarantine treatment,” “registration of foreign suppliers and domestic consignees of imported solid wastes that can be used as raw materials” and “inspection licensing for conducting the inspection and identification of imported and exported commodities,” as well as the two sub-items of “registration of production, processing and storage entities of exit animals and their products as well as other objects subject to quarantine” and “registration of production, processing and storage entities of exit plants and their products as well as other objects subject to quarantine” under the item of “registration of foreign production, processing and storage entities of entry animal and plant products and production, processing and storage entities of exit animals and plants and their products as well as other objects subject to quarantine” are added on the basis of the original approval items accepted by the platform, so the number of items directly accepted by the platform is increased to 12.
