黑龙江省人民政府办公厅关于公布省政府及省政府办公厅出台的规范性文件清理结果的通知
（黑政办发〔2011〕9号）
各市（地）、县（市）人民政府（行署），省政府各直属单位：
按照《黑龙江省人民政府办公厅关于全省行政机关开展规范性文件清理工作的通知》（黑政办发〔2010〕10号）要求，我厅会同省政府法制办及省直有关部门对2009年12月31日以前省政府及省政府办公厅出台的现行有效的规范性文件（含省政府议事协调机构制发的规范性文件，下同）进行了认真清理，清理结果业经省政府常务会议审定同意，保留省政府及省政府办公厅出台的规范性文件175件，修改省政府及省政府办公厅出台的规范性文件35件，废止省政府及省政府办公厅出台的规范性文件611件。对已公布需要修改的规范性文件，要在2011年4月30日前修改完毕并对外公布。
