| For the purposes of serving the real economy, guarding against and defusing financial risks and expanding the allocation of insurance funds, in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of the Utilization of Insurance Funds and the Interim Measures for the Investment of Insurance Funds in Bonds, you are hereby notified of the issues concerning the investment of insurance funds in banks' capital supplementation bonds as follows: | | 为服务实体经济，防范化解金融风险，扩大保险资金配置空间，根据《保险资金运用管理办法》《保险资金投资债券暂行办法》等规定，现就保险资金投资银行资本补充债券有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Insurance funds may be invested in secondary capital bonds and open-ended capital bonds issued by banks. | | 一、保险资金可以投资银行发行的二级资本债券和无固定期限资本债券。 |
II. The secondary capital bonds and open-ended capital bonds issued by policy banks shall be governed mutatis mutandis by the provisions on investment in government bonds.
