| From November to December 2010, the defendant, Jiang Chunming, purchased 1,000 cases of counterfeit rabies vaccines for human use from Zhang Li (handled in another case) and sold 200 cases thereof to defendant Li Wen. Knowing that they were counterfeit drugs, defendant Kang Zhaoming still purchased such 200 cases of counterfeit rabies vaccines for human use from Li Wen and through Teng Yangyin (handled in another case), sold them to defendant Li Haichao. Knowing that the 200 cases of rabies vaccines for human use were counterfeit drugs, Li Haichao still purchased them, injected other persons with over ten cases, sold over 110 cases to other persons, and damaged over 70 remaining cases after the case was exposed. | | 2010年11月至12月间，被告人蒋春明从张莉（另案处理）处，购买假人用狂犬病疫苗1000盒，并将其中的200盒销售给被告人李文。被告人康兆电明知是假药的情况下，仍然从李文处购买该200盒假人用狂犬病疫苗，后通过滕养银（另案处理）将该200盒假人用狂犬病疫苗销售给被告人李海超，李海超在明知系假药的情况下仍购买，并将该200盒假人用狂犬病疫苗中的10余盒给他人注射，110余盒销售给他人，其余的70余盒在案发后被李海超销毁。 |
