Defendant: Cai Shunguang, male, Han ethnicity, born on December 3, 1980, farmer.@#
In April (lunar calendar) 2008, in the remote woods of Mt. Houmen near Changsha Natural Village, Yanting Village, Xiahu Town, Xiapu County, Fujian Province, Cai Shunguang purchased from Chen Wei (prosecuted in a separate case) the abducted victim, Wang (given name withheld), to be his "wife" at the price of 33,000 yuan. When the public security authority went to rescue Wang after receiving a report from the victim's father, Cai Shunguang transferred Wang in advance to a rented place located at Yanwoli, Songcheng Street, Xiapu County, where Cai Shunguang's mother, Lin Shuiyu, watched the victim, while Cai Shunguang went to work on a fishing vessel in Haidao Township, Xiapu County. On January 3, 2010, the public security authority rescued Wang from the place rented by Cai Shunguang. Two days later, Wang gave birth to a baby boy, who was under Lin Shuiyu's care for the time being. Wang returned to her hometown. On February 1 of the same year, Cai Shunguang was captured by the public security authority at a rented place in Haidao Township, Xiapu County.@#

2008年农历四月的一天上午，在福建省霞浦县下浒镇延亭村长沙自然村后门山一偏僻树林内，被告人蔡顺光从“陈伟”（另案处理）手中以33000元收买了被拐卖的被害人王某某“做老婆”。公安机关接到被害人父亲报案，前往解救王某某时，蔡顺光提前将王某某转移到霞浦县城松城街道燕窝里租房居住，由蔡顺光的母亲林水玉看管，自己则到霞浦县海岛乡渔船上打工。2010年1月3日，公安机关在蔡顺光的租住房内解救出王某某。两天后，王某某产下一男婴，现由林水玉抚养。王某某已返回原籍。同年2月1日，蔡顺光在霞浦县海岛乡一出租房内被公安机关抓获。@#
