戴某申请执行北京某科技公司劳动争议纠纷案

 戴某原系北京某科技公司员工,双方曾发生劳动争议。戴某于2013年5月14日向北京市朝阳区劳动争议仲裁委员会申请仲裁,北京市朝阳区劳动争议仲裁委员会于2013年9月13日作出京朝劳仲字(2013)第07027号裁决书。原告戴某不服仲裁结果,向法院提起诉讼。在诉讼过程中,经一审法院调解,达成如下协议:一、被告北京某科技公司于二○一四年一月十日之前给付原告戴某二○一三年三月一日至四月二十八日工资四万七千九百八十八元五角一分及百分之二十五的经济补偿金一万一千九百九十七元一角三分;二、被告北京某科技公司于二○一四年一月十日之前给付原告戴某二○一二年度和二○一三年度未休年休假工资一万四千零二十三元七角二分;三、被告北京某科技公司于二○一四年一月十日之前给付原告戴某解除劳动关系经济补偿金八万八千三百四十五元。调解书生效后,因被告北京某科技公司未按期履行裁决书确定的义务,戴某向执行法院申请强制执行。
