| | 山东省青州市农村信用合作联社（以下简称青州农信社）与青州市汇丰建筑安装有限公司（以下简称青州汇丰公司）及其他三公司金融借款合同纠纷一案，青州市人民法院（以下简称青州市法院）经调解结案，其中青州汇丰公司对借款本金100万元及利息承担连带清偿责任。后因该案的借款人、保证人均未按期履行义务，青州农信社申请强制执行。 |
| | 法院立案执行后，除向各被执行人送达了执行通知书、报告财产令等法律文书外，还向其送达了“诚信诉讼提示书”、“诚信诉讼承诺书”等。法院执行中发现，青州汇丰公司因未履行生效法律文书确定的义务，被依法强制执行的案件还有两起。在上述三案执行过程中，该公司拒不申报财产等失信行为均被进行了采集，并录入至青州市法院诉讼诚信信息库，其失信等级被评定为“严重失信”。 |
