| | 被告人肖文中为制造毒品，租用四川省安岳县李世强家的地下室作为制毒场所。2011年春节前后，肖文中指使李华到四川省成都市购买了大量制毒原料。同年4月4日晚，肖文中伙同李世强、李华、康凡在该地下室制出大量甲基苯丙胺液体，后指使康凡将上述液体带到肖文中在成都市的一处租住房存放。 |
| | 4月中旬，肖文中、李华又将上述液体带到肖文中在成都市的另一租住房进行提炼结晶。同月22日晚，李世强、李华协助肖文中在地下室再次制出甲基苯丙胺液体。同月25日凌晨，李华按肖文中指示驾车将一瓶甲基苯丙胺液体(重632克)带往四川省乐至县，途中被公安人员截获。 |
