2008年9月至10月，被告人代文明将受“三鹿奶粉事件”影响而被客户退货的奶粉藏匿。2010年5月，被告人孙学丰联系代文明，表示要购买代文明藏匿的奶粉，并因奶粉超过保质期要求更换包装。代文明将38吨奶粉更换外包装后销售给孙学丰，销售金额共计42.56万元。孙学丰将该奶粉以62.51万元的价格转售给他人。经鉴定，该38吨奶粉中三聚氰胺的含量严重超标。@#
