A Case about Trafficking in and Transporting Drugs
The Defendants: Chen Weidong, et al@#
In the middle May of 2008, the defendants, Chen Weidong and Liu Weizhong, drove to Shantou City, Guangdong Province. The defendant, Wang Nongli, sent Chen Weidong to Jiazi Town, Lufeng City, Guangdong Province to buy drugs and then returned to Shantou City. Later, Chen Weidong and Liu Weizhong took the bought drugs and drove to Shanghai. After this case was unearthed, the police seized 5,717.16 g of methamphetamine, 11.22 g of Ketamine, 3.15 g of caffeine, 0.64 g of marijuana, and 0.18 g of Nimetazepam from the villa (located at Songjiang District, Shanghai) rent by Chen Weidong.@#

2008年5月中旬，被告人陈卫东与刘卫忠驾车至广东省汕头市，被告人王农力送陈卫东至广东省陆丰市甲子镇购得毒品后返回汕头。后陈卫东、刘卫忠驾车将毒品运回上海贩卖。案发后，公安人员在陈卫东租用的上海市松江区的一处别墅内查获甲基苯丙胺5 717.16克、氯胺酮11.22克、咖啡因3.15克、大麻0.64克、尼美西泮0.18克。@#
同年6月上旬，被告人陈卫东与刘卫忠再次驾车至汕头市，被告人王农力将二人接至陆丰市甲子镇。陈卫东购得毒品后，与刘卫忠、王农力携带毒品驾车返沪进行贩卖。@#
