| | 原告诉称：我此次来海南，只是想与王国平就我们之间的债权债务说清楚，看看有没有了结的可能。我没有纠集他人到王的住所，更没有指使他人将王国平、王伟平兄弟砍伤和抢走其财务。被告以我参与伤害王氏兄弟为由，决定对我劳动教养三年，认定的事实不清，证据不足。请求撤销被告的劳动教养决定。 |

| | 原告宿海燕和被害人王国平曾经在广西北海市合作开办一美食城，涉案人王斌是当时的美食城办公室主任。后王国平未经宿海燕同意，私自将双方的合作项目转让给他人，自己来海口开办公司。涉案人邱光富、王先养原是王国平在海口市开办的公司中的职工，后二人均以工资入股该公司。自邱光富、王先养入股后，王国平的公司再未给二人发过工资。 |
| | １９９７年２月１６日，原告宿海燕、其子李山和王斌从四川成都同机飞到海口市以后，就与邱光富、王先养一同到海口市机场东路翠竹园别墅１３Ａ－Ｄ座（王国平的公司住所地）找王国平。当晚１１时许，王国平、王伟平兄弟回到公司。双方在谈论债权债务时发生冲突，继而相互纠缠殴打。在纠缠过程中，李山、王斌、邱光富、王先养用菜刀砍、用手脚打王国平、王伟平，致二王轻伤。宿海燕在一旁发现王国平、王伟平受伤后，将其送往海南医院秀英留医部诊治，并帮其交付了入院费用，后在守护病人时被派出所抓走。 |
