【案情摘要】被告人李勇明，男，汉族，1971年9月22日出生于浙江省嵊州市，初中文化，无业。曾因犯抢劫罪于1994年8月被判处有期徒刑三年六个月，1997年8月刑满释放。@#
被告人丁浙良，男，汉族，1977年6月28日出生于浙江省嵊州市，初中文化，农民，捕前住嵊州市崇仁镇福坑口村王龙湾60号。@#
2007年9月，丁浙良因与他人发生经济纠纷，致其位于浙江省嵊州市仙湖路877号锦绣嘉园东苑15幢二单元501室的房产被嵊州市人民法院查封。2008年，嵊州市人民法院陆续受理了4件以丁浙良为被执行人的案件，总标的额为140余万元。同年11月，丁浙良被查封的房产被以37万元的价格拍卖。@#
2006年，丁浙良因经营所需，曾先后向李勇明借款共计10万元。2007年12月，李勇明指使丁浙良与其伪造了一张房屋租赁合同，约定以10万元的价格承租上述房屋，租期为20年，落款时间为该房产被查封之前的2007年6月。2008年2月，李勇明为了多分得债权利益，又指使丁浙良与其伪造了一张由丁浙良向其借款35万元的借条，并于同年3月起诉至嵊州市人民法院，庭审前双方达成还款调解协议，嵊州市人民法院作出（2008）嵊民二初字第592号民事调解书予以确认。@#
