| | 郭红某诉郭淑某人身损害赔偿纠纷一案，河南省洛阳市中级人民法院判令被告郭淑某赔偿郭红某医疗费、住院伙食补助费、营养费、护理费、误工费、残疾赔偿金、精神损害抚慰金等共计8万余元。 |
| | 由于郭淑某拒绝履行生效判决所确定的给付义务，郭红某于2012年1月1日向洛阳市涧西区人民法院申请执行。执行法院立案后，除向被执行人送达了执行通知书、报告财产令等法律文书外，还向其送达了风险提示书、诚信诉讼承诺书等，但被执行人始终不履行义务。执行法院多次查询被执行人的银行账户，均无财产可供执行。被执行人名下有房产一套，但出于保障被执行人生活需要，执行法院未能采取强制措施。由于被执行人无其他财产可供执行，案件执行一度陷入困境。 |
