With regard to the case of robbery and escape committed by the four defendants listed above, the People's Procuratorate of Harbin City, Heilongjing Province, the People's Republic of China instituted a public prosecution to the Intermediate People's Court of Harbin City. With the participation of Xu Zhongxin, Lai Tianrong, Wang Songting and Ma Chunru, the translators, the court held a public hearing to try this case, it was found out that:@#
The defendants, Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich, Kriminok Olieg Victorovich, Shevzov Jenis Valelijevich and Moskalianko Mihail Anatolijevich, entered into China on February 2nd, 1993 through Suifen River port of Heilongjiang Province as members of a civil tourist group, arrived at Harbin on February 7th and lived in Room 324 of Beiyuan Hotel. When illegally converting his US dollars into RMB at the Sino-foreign civil trade market of Harbin, Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich made the acquaintance of Qi Yuting (male and 22 years old) and Zhang Xaocheng (male and 27 years old), the victims of this case. The two victims then were introduced by Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich to Kriminok Olieg Victorovich, Shevzov Jenis Valelijevich and Moskalianko Mihail Anatolijevich. The idea of robbery occurred to Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich in the process of changing money with the two victims, he told his idea to the other three defendants, who agreed. After planning beforehand, Kriminok Olieg Victorovich bought bandages and gummed paper tapes for committing the robbery. To cover their true identities, Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich and Moskalianko Mihail Anatolijevich lied that their passports were detained and borrowed the passports of two foreigners who were traveling in Harbin through Anit Etualte Victovich, a Russian who was studying in Harbin Institute of Technology. Then they rent Room 410 of Beiyuan Hotel. At the noon of February 24th, 1993, Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich asked the other three defendants to wait in Room 410 and he himself went to the Sino-foreign civil trade market, found Qi Yuting and Zhang Xiaocheng, and took them to Room 410 under the pretext of exchanging US dollars. Immediately after the two victims stepped into the room, Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich strangled Qi Yuting's neck with a piece of string he had prepared beforehand and threatened him with a sticker, while Shevzov Jenis Valelijevich wrested Zhang Xiaocheng's hands behind him, and Moskalianko Mihail Anatolijevich kept watch at the gate. Then Kriminok Olieg Victorovich tied up Zhang Xiaocheng's hands and feet with ropes, stuffed his mouth with bondage, sealed up his lips with gammed paper tape and took 21,000 yuan from the pocket of Zhang Xiaocheng's jacket. Shevzov Jenis Valelijevich tied up Qi Yuting's hands and feet with ropes, stuffed his mouth with bondage and sealed up his lips with gammed paper tape, while Moskalianko Mihail Anatolijevich took 19,2000 yuan from Qi Yuting. Volkov Vladjimisrav Valelijevich threatened Qi Yuting with a sticker and told him not to report the case. Thereafter, the four defendants escaped to Daqing City of Heilongjiang Province by taxi. On February 26th, the four were arrested by the public securities organ and were detained in the detention house of the public security department of Heilongjiang Province. All the illicit money they robbed was captured and returned to the victims.@#

被告人沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇、克里米诺克·奥列格·维克托洛维奇、舍夫佐夫·杰尼斯·瓦列里耶维奇、莫斯卡连科·米哈依尔·阿那托里耶维奇于１９９３年２月２日随一民间旅游团从中华人民共和国黑龙江省缓芬河口岸进入中国境内，并于２月７日到达哈尔滨市，住在北苑饭店３２４房间。沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇在哈尔滨中外民贸市场以美元非法兑换人民币时，结识了被害人齐玉庭（男，２２岁）、张晓成（男，２７岁）。两名被害人通过被告人沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇又认识了被告人克里米诺克·奥列格·维克托洛维奇、舍夫佐夫·杰尼斯·瓦列里耶维奇、莫斯卡连科·米哈依尔·阿那托里耶维奇。沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇在与两名被害人以美元兑换人民币的过程中产生抢劫之念，经其提议，另外三名被告人同意。四被告人经预谋后，克里米诺克·奥列格·维克托洛维奇购买了作案用的绷带、胶纸带。沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇、莫斯卡连科·米哈依尔·阿那托里耶维奇为掩盖真实身份，谎称本人护照被扣，通过在哈尔滨工业大学留学的俄罗斯人安立特·艾图阿尔特·维克多维奇，借用了在哈尔滨市旅游的两名外籍人护照，又在北苑饭店租下４１０房间。１９９３年２月２４日中午，沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇让其他三名被告人集合在４１０房间等候，便独自去中外民贸市场，找到了齐玉庭、张晓成后，以兑换美元为由，将二被害人骗至北苑饭店４１０房间内。入室后，沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇即用事先准备好的绳子勒住齐玉庭的脖子，持尖刀相威胁，舍夫佐夫·杰尼斯·瓦利里耶维奇将张晓成双手扭到背后；莫斯卡连科·米哈依尔·阿里托里耶维奇堵在门口望风，然后，克里米诺克·奥列格·维克托洛维奇用绳子将张晓成的手脚绑上，用绷带堵嘴，又用胶纸带将张晓成的嘴封住，从张晓成的夹克衫兜里抢走人民币２．１万元。舍夫佐夫·杰尼斯·瓦列里耶维奇将齐玉庭的手脚绑上，用绷带将齐玉庭的嘴堵上，用胶纸带将齐玉庭嘴封上；莫斯卡连科·米哈依尔·阿那托里耶维奇在齐玉庭的身上抢走人民币１．９２万元。沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇持刀威胁齐玉庭不许报案。尔后，四被告人乘出租车逃往黑龙江省大庆市。２月２６日，四被告人被公安机关捕获，羁押于黑龙江省公安厅看守所。所获赃款全部收缴，已返还被害人。@#
１９９３年４月１３日凌晨１时许，被告人沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇掰弯监室窗户上的铁栏，从看守所脱逃。４月１９日，沃尔柯夫·弗拉基米斯拉夫·瓦列里耶维奇在江苏省南京市兴卫村车站被捕获。@#
