| | 2011年6月，被告人马小荣购买碾磨成粉末状的罂粟籽，并掺入拉面汤调料内。6月8日起，马小荣在位于银川市金凤区其经营的“津津有味牛肉面馆”的拉面汤内加入掺有罂粟籽粉末的拉面汤调料，制作牛肉面销售，每碗牛肉面销售价格4至4.5元。至6月27日，该牛肉面馆因拉面汤中检出那可丁、罂粟碱、蒂巴因、可待因、吗啡成分而被银川市金凤区卫生和食品药品监督管理局查封。 |
