| | 2007年5月12日，被告王见勤与案外人成都市新都区田婆婆洗灸堂签订《田婆婆洗灸堂经营代理合同》，合同约定王见勤一次性付10万元后，即取得指定区域内的经营权，在指定区域内增设分店、连锁店、加盟店等可以不经过成都市新都区田婆婆洗灸堂许可，也不另行收取任何其他费用，增开店铺在经营中出现的各种纠纷和责任全部由王见勤承担，合同有效期为2007年5月12日至2017年5月11日。 |
