In April 1986, Li Chuanxiong purchased 60 A-shares of Shanghai Vacuum Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Vacuum Electronic Company) from Shanghai Shenyin Securities Company (the par value of each share was 100 yuan), and share numbers went from 9115 through 9174. In September 1991, when Li Chuanxiong was out accompanying his wife to see a doctor, a burglar broke into his house and stole all the aforesaid shares. Li Chuanxiong called the police immediately after he found the burglary and reported his loss to the securities exchange. Afterwards, the burglary was solved by the public security organ, but the shares had been destroyed by the criminal. At that time, in the share market of Shanghai, share trading had changed from trading with stocks to trading without stocks, which meant that a shareholder shall input the shares they held into computer system. As Li Chuanxiong's shares had been destroyed, the securities company refused to input the information on his shares into the computer. In February 1993, Li Chuanxiong obtained an application form for reissuing missing stocks from Vacuum Electronic Company and handled the formalities for announcing the loss of shares at the notarial office of Jing'an District, Shanghai. In June 1993, Li Chuangxiong petitioned the People's Court of Jing'an District, Shanghai for a public summons on missing stocks.@#

黎传雄股票灭失申请公示催告案@#

申请人：黎传雄，男，６８岁，系上海市海运局客运船队退休工人。@#
黎传雄于１９８６年４月，从上海申银证券公司购得上海真空电子器材股份有限公司Ａ股股票６０股（每股票面价值人民币１００元），股票号９１１５至９１７４。１９９１年９月，黎传雄陪妻看病外出，窃贼乘虚入室，盗走上述全部股票。黎传雄发现家中被盗后，即向公安机关报案，并向证券交易所挂失。嗣后，失窃案被公安机关侦破，但上述股票已被罪犯销毁。此时，上海股市交易由有票交易改为无票交易，股票持有人应将所持股票输入电脑。因黎传雄所持股票已灭失，证券公司不予办理股票输入电脑手续。１９９３年２月，黎传雄向上海真空电子器件股份有限公司领取股东灭失股票补发申请书，并向上海市静安区公证处办理了股票灭失声明书。１９９３年６月，黎传雄又向上海市静安区人民法院申请股票灭失公示催告。@#
