On August 23, 2013, Lin, a Taiwan resident, instituted an incidental civil action for damages to the Local Court of Shilin District, Taibei City, Taiwan Region against Wu, also a Taiwan resident, on the ground that Wu embezzled his money for investment in stocks. On September 23, 2013, the Local Court of Shilin District rendered a civil judgment (No. 315 [2013], Local Court, Shilin, Taiwan) that Wu should pay Lin NTD 44,779,595, with the interest at the annual interest rate of 5% from March 20, 2012 to the day when the aforesaid payment was made, and Wu should bear the litigation fee. The Local Court of Shilin District issued a Certificate for Confirming the Civil Judgment of the Local Court of Shilin District, Taibei City, Taiwan Region, proving that the legal force of the civil judgment (No. 315 [2013], Local Court, Shilin, Taiwan) was confirmed on October 31, 2013.
．．．．．． | | 2013年8月23日，台湾居民林某某以台湾居民吴某某侵占股票款等为由，向台湾士林地方法院提起刑事附带民事损害赔偿诉讼。2013年9月23日，台湾士林地院作出2013年度重诉字第315号民事判决，判决吴某某向林某某给付新台币44779595元，及自2012年3月20日至清偿日止，按年息5%计算之利息，并负担诉讼费。该院出具《台湾士林地方法院判决确定证明书》，证明2013年度重诉字第315号民事判决已于2013年10月31日确定。
