| ．．．．．． | | 2010年11月起，被告人陈开梅到福建省莆田市收购病死猪，并以每月人民币2000元的报酬雇用被告人张可把病死猪运输到被告人陈金顺租用的猪场，由被告人林彬霞进行屠宰后销售给被告人陈金顺，总销售金额达30万余元，违法所得12万元。 |
| | 陈金顺收购病死猪肉后予以销售，销售金额达50万余元，违法所得20万元。其间，其每月以2000元至2500元的报酬雇用被告人李游、陈志辉押车、收账、运输。被告人周勇、吴鸿夫妻从陈金顺处购买病死猪肉制成香肠等销售，销售金额达7万余元，违法所得1.5万余元；被告人周建成从陈金顺处购买病死猪肉达3万余元并转售；被告人孙沼然从陈金顺处购买病死猪排骨并转售，销售金额达7000余元，违法所得1000元。2011年7月25日，警方在陈金顺租用的猪场中查获尚未销售的病死猪肉4060斤。经鉴定，送检样品含有猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒和猪圆环病毒2型，“挥发性盐基氮”超标。 |
