| (1) In the wee hours of the morning on a winter day in 2008, defendant Lv Shanjiao climbed over a wall into the house of Xue (with first name withheld) in Dengzhou city of Henan province, carrying a sharp knife, a flashlight, and other tools. He entered a room on the south side of the wing-room of the eastern bungalow, raped the victims, A Wang (with first name withheld, female, 14-year-old at the time) and B Wang (with first name withheld, female, 17-year-old at the time), inside the room at knifepoint, by hitting them on heads with an iron ladle picked up in the room and slapping their faces, and then fled the scene. Lv Shanjiao voluntarily confessed to the above facts after his capture for other rape charges. | | （1）2008年冬天的一天凌晨，被告人吕善交携带尖刀、手电等作案工具翻墙进入河南省邓州市薛某某家，又进入东边平房的偏房南边房间，采取持刀恐吓、用室内铁瓢击打头部、打耳光等手段，先后对房内的被害人王某甲（女，时年14岁）、王某乙（女，时年17岁）实施了奸淫，随后逃离现场。吕善交因其他强奸犯罪到案后，主动供述了本起犯罪事实。 |

| (3) In the wee hours of the morning on October 29, 2009, defendant Lv Shanjiao climbed over a wall into an experimental primary school in Dengzhou city of Henan province, carrying a sharp knife, a flashlight, and other tools, sneaked into a girls' dormitory with his face masked, and forcibly touched the lower part of Liu (with first name withheld)'s body by intimidating her with a knife and grabbing her neck. After Liu asked for help from her roommate Ding (with first name withheld, female, 11-year-old at the time), Lv Shanjiao raped Ding by grabbing her neck and slapping her face, and then fled the scene. | | （3）2009年10月29日凌晨，被告人吕善交携带尖刀、手电等工具翻墙进入河南省邓州市某实验小学，蒙面进入一女生宿舍内，采用持刀威逼、扼颈的手段，强行摸刘某某下身。刘某某向同宿舍的被害人丁某（女，时年11岁）求救，吕善交即采用掐颈、打耳光等手段，对丁某实施了奸淫，随后逃离现场。 |
| (4) In the wee hours of the morning on October 29, 2009, after committing a rape in a primary school in Dengzhou city of Henan province, defendant Lv Shanjiao climbed over a wall into the house of villager Yang (with first name withheld) near the eastern wall of this primary school, attempting to commit theft. After finding the victim Xu (with first name withheld, female, 11-year-old at the time) sleeping in the eastern room, he threatened and raped Xu, and then fled the scene. Lv Shanjiao voluntarily confessed to the above facts after his capture for other rape charges. | | （4）2009年10月29日凌晨，被告人吕善交在河南省邓州市某小学实施强奸作案后，又翻墙进入该小学东墙边的村民杨某某家欲行盗窃，发现了睡在东屋的被害人余某某（女，时年11岁），即威胁余某某，对余某某实施了奸淫，随后逃离现场。吕善交因其他强奸犯罪到案后，主动供述了本起犯罪事实。 |
| (5) At around 1:00 a.m. on a day in November 2009, defendant Lv Shanjiao sneaked into a girl's dormitory on the third floor of the dormitory building of a central school in Dengzhou city of Henan province, carrying a sharp knife, a flashlight, and other tools, intimidate the victim Wang (with first name withheld, female, 14-year-old at the time) with a knife, coerced Wang to the corridor, raped her, and then fled the scene. Lv Shanjiao voluntarily confessed to the above facts after his capture for other rape charges. | | （5）2009年11月的一天1时许，被告人吕善交携带尖刀、手电等工具潜入河南省邓州市某中心学校宿舍楼3楼一女生宿舍内，持刀威逼被害人王某（女，时年14岁），将王某挟持至楼道并对王某实施了奸淫，随后逃离现场。吕善交因其他强奸犯罪到案后，主动供述了本起犯罪事实。 |
(6) At around 4:00 a.m. on January 8, 2010, defendant Lv Shanjiao climbed over a wall into a junior high school in Dengzhou city of Henan province, carrying a flashlight and other tools, sneaked into a girls' dormitory of this school with his face masked, and raped Feng (with first name withheld, female, 11-year-old at the time) by slapping her face and grabbing her neck, and then fled the scene.
