| ．．．．．． | | 申请人郝某某与其妻王某某（已故）育有五个子女。现郝某某已丧失劳动能力，除每月的低保金320元外，无其他经济来源，其日常生活需要子女照顾。申请人郝某某轮流在除被告郝某华之外的其他子女处居住生活。因其他子女经济情况一般，住房较为紧张，申请人郝某某遂要求被告郝某华支付赡养费，并解决其居住问题。被申请人郝某华对原告郝某某提出的要求不满，经常用激烈言辞对郝某某进行言语威胁、谩骂，致使郝某某产生精神恐惧，情绪紧张。郝某某诉至法院，要求被告郝某华支付赡养费，并解决其居住问题。经法院多次通知，被告郝某华仍不到庭应诉，反而对原告恫吓威胁，致使原告终日处在恐惧之中。原告遂在诉讼期间向本院申请人身安全保护裁定，要求法院采取措施，制止被告郝某华对郝某某威胁、谩骂侮辱行为。 |
