被告人骆幸福。因涉嫌犯非法制造注册商标标识罪于2006年12月22日被义乌市公安局刑事拘留，2007年1月12日被依法逮捕。现押于义乌市看守所。@#

义乌市人民检察院以（2007）义检刑诉字第479号起诉书指控被告人骆幸福犯非法制造注册商标标识罪，于2007年4月12日向本院提起公诉。本院依法组成合议庭，公开开庭审理了本案。义乌市人民检察院指派检察员朱海平出庭支持公诉，被告人骆幸福到庭参加诉讼。现已审理终结。@#

经审理查明，2006年3月份，被告人骆幸福伙同温州人"胡老板"（另案处理）为了牟取非法利益，合伙生产假冒"邦迪"牌创可贴，由"胡老板"提供加工生产创可贴的机器设备和原材料，被告人骆幸福租用义乌市苏溪镇马丁村金东芳家和苏溪镇义北驾校对面的房屋作厂房，非法印制"邦迪"牌商标和生产假冒"邦迪"牌创可贴。2006年8月28日被义乌市工商局查获，义乌市公安局扣押到"邦迪"牌、"BAND-AID"注册商标标识的创可贴小外包装纸264万只，已加工成品"邦迪"牌创可贴48000只。@#
